The County of Madera, hereinafter (County), on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is requesting proposals from qualified civil/architects/engineering firms, hereinafter (Proposer), who have demonstrated capability to provide professional services relating to complete architectural and engineering services and such other services as may be necessary in the design and construction of the project, within the budgeted limits set by the County and in compliance with all applicable standards, laws, rules, and regulations. This solicitation is both a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFQ/ RFP have been publicly advertised. Proposers are required to respond to the RFQ/RFP in accordance with the requirements set forth below.
