The County of Madera, hereinafter (County), on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is requesting proposals from qualified civil/architects/engineering firms, hereinafter (Proposer), who have demonstrated capability to provide professional services relating to complete architectural and engineering services and such other services as may be necessary in the design and construction of the project, within the budgeted limits set by the County and in compliance with all applicable standards, laws, rules, and regulations. This solicitation is both a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFQ/ RFP have been publicly advertised. Proposers are required to respond to the RFQ/RFP in accordance with the requirements set forth below. The County of Madera is seeking Qualification Statements and Proposals from interested design firms to development a small regional trail park near North Fork, CA. Scope of Services to provide recreational improvements and related accessory buildings, including, but not limited to accessible parking lot, trail heads, pedestrian and equestrian trails, including paved trails for American with Disabilities Act compliance where applicable, shaded rest areas, picnic areas, horse stalls, restroom(s) including associated water and septic systems, signage, kiosks, interpretive displays, fencing, gates, and access roads.
