Pursuant NRS 338.1385, bids will be received for the furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of: Replace Roof and HVAC Components Francis H. Cortney Middle School The project consists of the replacement of the flat roofing, two chillers, boilers, cooling towers and HVAC controls. The work also includes the replacement of exhaust fans, air-handling units' fans and split-system air conditioning units. Contract: Perform Work under a single prime, lump-sum contract, including labor, equipment, materials, and services required for the completion of the project.
