Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the cleaning, repairing and painting of an existing 1,000,000 gallon fluted column water tower including structural modifications, surface repairs, interior abrasive blast and coatings, and exterior blast and coating and containment. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Louis Park shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Completion Date: 09/30/2021
