Site work for a water / sewer project in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 21,2022, the project was awarded to Hydro-Klean LLC and the awarded amount is $412,597.20. The anticipated start date is on April 28,2022. The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 12,955 L.F. of 9" Cured In Place Pipe for 9" VCP 222 L.F. of 12" Cured In Place Pipe for DIP All work under the Contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City. Part 26 and other small businesses shall have the maximum feasible opportunity to participate in city contracts. While no numeric DBE goal is assigned to this contract, the Contractor should make every reasonable effort to solicit DBE firms as subcontractors, service providers and suppliers on this project.
