Site work for a water / sewer project in Marple Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project includes cured in place sanitary sewer pipe lining throughout the Township collection/conveyance system. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The project is being partially funded by the Commonwealth Finance Authority Small Water and Sewer grant and is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Requests for clarification are due Monday, November 2, 2020 5:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)].
