Clarification Deadline: 8/10/2021 5:00 PM The bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The principal items of work to be performed under the contract are: Clearing and grubbing, excavation, stormwater facility installations, curb installation, full depth reclamation, bituminous pavement installation, pavement marking placement, sign installation, and work of similar nature. Bid security in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid will be required in the form of certified check, cashiers check, bank treasurers check, or satisfactory bid bond made payable to or naming as obligeHerbrucks of Pennsylvania, LLC. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of bid opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and each with satisfactory corporate surety, will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder at the time stated in the specifications. Herbrucks of Pennsylvania, LLC. hereby reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, or informalities, in bids received, to reject any and/or all bids submitted and to accept any bid which it may deem to be in the best interests of the Herbrucks of Pennsylvania, LLC
