Base Repair to consist of Sawcut and Excavate to 2.5" depth, Heavy Tack Coat Bottom and Sides, Place 19mm Binder Course compacted to grade. Overlay with 19mm Scratch/Leveling Course at Approximately 2.5" depth. Overlay with 9.5mm Wearing Course at 2" compacted depth. Request for Sealed Bids - Labor and Placement Only Warren Township, Franklin County located at 11637 Little Cove Road Mercersburg, PA 17236 is currently seeking sealed bids from PennDot approved vendors for labor and placement of materials: Labor and Placement Only (all amounts are approximate) Prep: Grind and square up all potholes and place 19mm blacktop blend in those areas for prep of base layer Base and Leveling Layer: Placement of approx. 230 tons of 19 mm blacktop blend 2.5 in thick using paving machine and rolling as necessary. Top Finish Layer: Placement of approx. 185 tons of 9 mm blacktop blend 2 in thick using paving machine and rolling as necessary. The vendor will be expected to haul materials onsite from quarry and provide all equipment required.
