The Project will be executed under a single prime contract based on bids received on a lump sum basis. The successful bidder is required to enter into the modified AIA Document A104 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor included in the Project Manual, without negotiation. Each Bid shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the Project in strict accordance with the Construction Drawings and Project Manual. Contract award with be to the lowest, responsible and responsive bidder, complying with the conditions of the Instructions to Bidders, Notice to Bidders and Bidding Documents in accordance with Indiana's Public Work Projects Act, Indiana Code 36-1-12-1 et seq. The Owner, however, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any informalities, discrepancies, omissions, variances, or irregularities in bids received in its sole discretion.
