SBDD is accepting bids for the Rebuilding of two (2) Stormwater water lubrication pumps. The stormwater pumps are 42 and 48 in diameter. The project is located at the South Broward Drainage Districts S-1 and S-8 Pump Stations. The bidder must have rebuilt at least two (2) water lubricated pumps, thirty (30) inches or larger within the past 3 years. Project Title: SBDD Rebuilding of Stormwater Pumps Project Location #1: S-1 Pump Station at 3900 Utopia Dr. Miramar, FL 33023 Location #2: S-8 Pump Station at 17221 S.W. 46th Street, Southwest Ranches, FL 33331 The principal items of the contract include, but are not limited to, rebuilding of two water lubrication stormwater pumps. The project locations are at the SBDD S-1 and S-8 Pump Stations. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening. Bidders are hereby notified that any person or affiliate who has been placed on the State Department of Management Services convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in the Florida Statutes section 287.017 for CATEGORY TWO ($35,000) and for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. All bid responses must conform to the Information for Bidders section of the bid documents and must include a properly executed Bid Proposal Form, OSHA Acknowledgment of Conformance with OSHA Standards Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Anti-Kickback Affidavit, Non-Discrimination Affidavit, Sworn Statement Pursuant to Section 287.133(3)(a), F.S. on Public Entity Crimes, Drug Free Work Place Affidavit, Qualifications of Bidders, and Scrutinized Companies Certification. The Owner reserves the right to consider a bidder qualifications in awarding Project.
