The City of Miramar is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, incidentals and service necessary to rehabilitate two (2) existing deep injection wells in Miramar, Florida Rehabilitation of two (2) existing deep injection wells located at the West Water Treatment Plant. The main purpose of the rehabilitation effort is to restore the pumping capacity in the existing wells PROJECT LOCATION: 4100 South Flamingo Road, Miramar, FL 33027 The commencement date shall be established in the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall commence the Work within 10 Days from the commencement date. The Work shall be Substantially Complete within 210 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed. The Work shall be Finally Completed for full acceptance by the City within 240 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed. Site Mobilization /Demobilization & Site Restoration (Lump sum cost for this item cannot exceed 15% of the total contract value) includes remobilization to IW-2 per Section 02100
