Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; and water / sewer project.

This Design-Build project is posted exclusively for those contractors on the current DHS NMACC II contract in its Second Option Period. An overall scope of this project includes the design/build of a Multi-Mission Building, site and utilities work, disposal of existing facilities, design-build of a boat ramp and launch dock and design-build new pier and replacement of existing bulkhead. This project site is the U. S. Coast Guard Station located in Fort Myers Beach, FL. The project scope is to rebuild and consolidate the facilities on STA Fort Myers Beach. The scope of this project includes construction of a 20,565 GSF (approx.) multi-mission building (MMB), demolition and disposal of existing facilities, site work, utilities work. Demolish existing whip antenna pier and platform. All waterfront structures to remain unless noted otherwise
