Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Chandler, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Chandler Center for the Arts Bogle Theater stage rigging system currently contains 8 motor driven hoist battens and eleven dead hung non-hoist battens. All current stage drapes, tracks, pulley hardware and equipment existing on these battens must be removed prior to demolition and kept safe at the Chandler Center for the Arts in a space specified by Owner for re-installation and reuse. All existing rigging hardware, battens and associated equipment shall be demolished and removed from the Bogle Theater space at the Chandler Center for the Arts by the Contractor. 1. Demolition of existing rigging system 2. Single speed motorized packaged hoists with associated power raceways, control raceways, and computerized rigging controller 3. Motorized roll drop mechanism with FR Cyclorama 4. ADC brand or H & H Specialties Inc. brand Track and new Traveler Curtain 5. Electrical and Control changes as necessary Remote Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference. The City may offer remote attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference via a City-hosted dial-in meeting. If remote attendance is offered, meeting details will be provided on the Notice Page. Interested Bidders attending remotely may be required to register and provide, at a minimum, attendee name and company name. Remote attendance is provided as a courtesy. Attendees are responsible for all aspects of their attendance. The City will not provide technical support for remote attendance
