Contractor shall provide City with lake maintenance services for the Desert Breeze Lake and the Hummingbird Pond and Garden at Desert Breeze Park located at 660 N. Desert Breeze Boulevard East, and the 7-acre lake at Veteran's Oasis Park located at 4050 E. Chandler Heights Rd. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and vehicles necessary to perform the Scope ofWork. All work shall be done in a professional manner and up to the highest standards of the industry Within ten days of notice that Proposer is the recommended awardee, Proposer will execute and return the Agreement to Purchasing. The City reserves the right to waive any immaterial defector informality; or reject any or all proposals, or portions thereof; or reissue the Request for Proposal; and will be the sole judge of the merits of the proposals received.
