Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-seat stadium.
*Please contact the construction manager for access to the bid results. A. This project consists of the provision and installation of a Structured Cabling System (SCS) as required to support network connectivity to workstations, telephones, video surveillance, access control, building automation, electrical lighting, and any other system requiring network connectivity. This project is a new Sports Stadium and Community Center for Crowley Independent School District. B. The work includes provision and installation of a complete Cabling System (SCS) in compliance with these specifications and associated drawings, pre-proposal addenda, change orders, change directives and any other documents issued both pre-proposal and during the project. C. The SCS Installer shall comply with all conditions of the contract and "Division 1 -General Requirements" as they apply to the SCS Scope of Work. It shall be the responsibility of the SCS Contractor to make themselves familiar with all documents. D. It should not be assumed that any portions of a complete and functional system are to be furnished and/or provided by anyone, other than the SCS installer, unless specifically stated otherwise.
