Work Covered by Contract Documents 1. The water treatment plant process equipment specified in these documents will be included as part of the City of Fort Worth Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Phase IV Expansion Project. The Eagle Mountain WTP is located at 6801 Bowman Roberts Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76179. 2. The summary of work described herein is an overall summary of the responsibilities of the Equipment Supplier (ES) for each of the specified pieces of equipment or equipment systems and its relation to the City, Engineer and General Contractor. 3. Project Background a. The Goods and Services furnished under the Subcontract Agreement with the General Contractor shall consist of designing Goods to be provided by the ES, submittal of shop drawings and samples, and associated equipment, installation manuals, project coordination with the City, Engineer and General Contractor, and furnishing equipment and appurtenances required for the Eagle WTP Phase IV Expansion. The goods and services also consist of furnishing manufacturer trained personnel for the initial installation, training, operation and maintenance manuals, start-up, commissioning, demonstration testing and acceptance testing as specified.
