Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD), Denton County, Texas, invites interested parties to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQs) to provide professional engineering services for the Program Quality Management and Assurance Team (QMAT) in connection with the Lake Ralph Hall Program located in Fannin County, Texas. The project includes providing quality management consulting services and quality assurance laboratory services for the Lake Ralph Hall Program which includes construction of an earth fill dam, approximately six miles of roadway and bridge relocation, and approximately 32 miles of pipeline. For questions concerning this RFQ email lakeralphhall@utrwd.com. UTRWD anticipates awarding a series of task orders on an annual basis. Each task order will include the anticipated level of effort and compensation for the following year. The level of effort is anticipated to vary from one year to the next and seasonally as the project demands dictate. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
