For Renovate Department of Laboratory Animal Research (DLAR) 4th Floor and Provide New Fan Tower The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction services to completely renovate the central and Northeast wings of the fourth floor of Weiskotten Hall for the Department of Laboratory Animal for Research program including replacement and upgrade to mechanical systems. Assume total renovation of the area,18,000+/- GSF, and the construction of a new mechanical fan tower. The estimated construction cost is between $24,000,000 and $25,000,000.
