Demolition and replacement of two 2,500 polyethylene ferric chloride chemical storage tanks and associated piping and valves, Addition of two Polyscrub Basic Scrubbers, or approved equal Addition of structural beams above the ferric chloride tank area for District-provided fall protection harnesses.
