**As of April 1, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 12, 2021 city council meeting. KYTC ITEM NUMBER: 01-3205 The project consists of the construction of approximately 9.17 miles of bikeway, consisting of approximately 3,660 linear feet of concrete or asphalt shared-use path, placement of shared-lane markings (aka "sharrows") on existing streets, pedestrian bridge, signage, bike racks, map boxes, and striping throughout various parts of the City of Mayfield, KY. All questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing and emailed to Scott.Brown@hdrinc.com no later than 3:00 P.M. CT on February 25, 2021. Questions submitted prior to the deadline will be answered in an addendum sent to all email addresses provided on the bidders list. A separate nonrefundable check for $35.00, Payable to Paducah Blueprint, is required if documents will need to be shipped. Electronic files are available at no charge to those who obtain a hard copy. If only electronic files are requested, they are available at the same cost as the hard copies. DBE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: 3%, MBE (5.2%), WBE (6.9%)
