Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work includes: the reconfiguration of the Lindbergh Blvd (US 67) and Old Olive Street Road intersection, as well as sidewalk and curb ramp improvements on Old Olive Street Road east and west of Lindbergh Blvd; and other related work. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2022 Edition. The contractor questionnaire must be on file at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening. Questions, comments, and requests for information regarding the Bid Documents will be received by the City until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE Goal for this project is eight percent (8%). No second-tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. The City of Creve Coeur reserves the right to reject any or all bids MODOT - Lindbergh/Old Olive Improvement Project
