Chamblee #13 Storm Repair (IR) Located north of Interstate 64 and west of Interstate 270, in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri. The Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) days after the date of written notice from the District to begin and shall complete all work within ninety (90) calendar days after the expiration of such ten (10) day period. If the Contractor does not comply with the foregoing without a written, District approved explanation he may be removed from the list of eligible bidders for future District construction projects until further notice. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority, 11% Women, and 46% Apprentice (when applicable) apply to contracts in the amount of $500,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document.
