Renovation of a swimming pool in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Work Package 1 Kiddie Pool Addition - All Work contained in Reference Attachment 2 without including Work Packages 2 through 4 listed below. Work Package 2 - Lobby Improvements as shown in Reference Attachment 2, Drawing Sheet A-100, Bid Option #1. Note, any reference to “Bid Option #1” in the drawings or specifications is not a bid option or optional work, but shall be included in the cost proposal for Work Package 2. Work Package 3 - Olympic Pool Filter Replacement. Replace the existing Olympic Pool filtration equipment as shown in the Reference Attachment 2, Drawing Sheet SP-400, Bid Option #2. Note, any reference to “Bid Option #2” in the drawings or specifications is not a bid option or optional work, but shall be included in the cost proposal for Work Package 3. Work Package 4 - Fire Suppression System. Replace the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and Fire Alarm Annunciator (FAA) as shown in the Reference Attachment 2, Drawing Sheet FA-100. Work also includes replacement of the fire suppression sprinkler heads in the existing building with like and compatible equipment. Work Package 5 - Roof Improvements as shown in in the Referenced Attachment 3 drawings titled, “Los Alamos County Aquatic Center –Reroof”, dated July 2019. Work Package 6 – Sewer line Relocation as shown in the Referenced in Attachment 4 drawings titled, “Kiddie Pool Sewer Line (SAS) Relocation, dated 7/2020.
