Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Work consists of the construction of approximately 11 acres of park and trailhead, in which this is the first phase of the 17-acre site. The remaining acres are to be developed in a later phase not a part of this bid. The Work is to develop a nature play park, picnic area, and trailhead with approximately 2-acres of open turf, parking, restrooms, shade structures, and interpretive signage within approximately 2,000 lineal feet of internal park paths roughly 6 to 8 ft wide, adjacent to the Clark County Southwest Ridge Recreation Area.
