Renovation of a municipal facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
CL-2121-319 Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Clark Place - Central Plant Upgrades and is located at 301 E Clark Ave, Nevada 89101. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of upgrades to the central plant. Question Cutoff Date: 5/10/2021 10:00:00 a.m. remains unchaged. Construction includes all administrative work as required by Division one general requirements; demolition of central plant equipment including chillers, cooling tower, pumps, heat exchanger, expansion tank, chemical treatment system, ice storage system, and associated piping; installation of new chillers, cooling tower, pumps, expansion tank, piping, and chemical treatment system. Provide a temporary chiller to maintain cooling to building per phasing plan and construction documents. Included is connecting the new equipment to the existing controls system. Included is also the architectural, plumbing, electrical and structural modifications to support these equipment replacements. No materials storage and no free parking is available at this site.
