Renovation of a detention facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Provide and install new standby generator, new ATS, new distribution panel and associated wiring and conduit to serve whole campus during power outage. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Any individuals wishing to attend the bid opening have two options to attend. 1. The bid opening will be made available through Cisco Webex. To gain access to the bid opening through Cisco Webex, contact Esh Movahed, PE at (919)324-1258 esmaeil.movahed(@ncdps.gov to receive a meeting invitation at least 24 hours prior to the bid opening date and time. 2. The bid opening will also be available at 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27699, by contacting Esh Movahed, PE at (919)324-1258 esmaeil.movahed@ncdps.gov at least 2 business days prior to bid opening so that a room of adequate size can be reserved to allow for social distancing. If attending in person, individuals must enter through Door 4 and tell reception they are there for a bid opening with Esh Movahed, PE and (919)3241258. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to bid opening. The goals for participation by minority firms as subcontractors on this project have been set at 10%.
