A side Front Door- The door is in good condition however due to age it needs to be adjusted for fit and function. Windows: The existing vinyl windows have deteriorated, the rubbers seals have broken down. Remove the existing old vinyl windows and dispose ofproperly. Replace with new vinyl construction replacement windows, double pane thermal glass. (Energy Star required) 1 over 1 glass configuration, with halfscreens, and new interior stops ifthe existing ones cannot be reused. (Harvey, Atrium, or approved equal) Notes: The contractor is to insulate the frames or rough openings with either a rolled fiberglass or an appropriate spray foam insulation product. Include the A side picture window and side lights in similar style and configuration. Gutters A and C side: Clean gutters and add leaf guards. Contractor to test the C side with a hose to ensure proper flow and drain. The home owner reports overflow and damming which may be the result of blockage or insufficient pitch.
