Renovation of a municipal facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

There are three (3) projects to be completed - two (2) in Surrey, BC and one (1) in Delta, BC: GOC2777291 - Burnaby Fraser Tax Services Office - 9737 King George Boulevard, Surrey, BC. GOC2777292 - Surrey Taxation Data Centre - 9755 King George Boulevard, Surrey, BC. GOC2777293 - Annacis Marine Base Building - 100 Annacis Parkway, Delta, BC. GOC2777291: The scope of work for this project is to replace the existing carpet and rubber base throughout common and tenant areas on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. The 1st floor and elevator lobbies were done previously, but the carpet should be reviewed for condition. The scope of work also includes a Paint refresh of all tenant areas on all floors in the building. The common areas are being painted under another project and are not included within this scope of work. GOC2777292: The scope of work for this project is to replace the existing carpet and rubber base throughout all tenant areas. All common area's received new carpet in a previous project, but the carpet should be reviewed for condition. The scope of work also includes a Paint refresh of all tenant areas on all floors in the building. GOC2777293: Carpet and Rubber Base replacement and paint refresh throughout the PSPC office areas where required. Utilize available carpet from bulk carpet purchased through project GOC2649394. All three projects should Align with Lean forward initiatives, and Accessible design for the built environment CSA B651 (B651-18). As well all projects will utilize existing carpet stock which is located at the Kamloops Government of Canada Building (317 Seymour Street, Kamloops, BC). Shipping of carpet from Kamloops to site will be part of the project. TIMELINE: Request for proposal for design consulting services is closed; preferred proponent is selected. Project will be tendered separately, pending owners budget approvals. See each site address to follow. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction.
