Site work for a water / sewer project in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work is comprised of the supply and installation of floating dock infrastructure including piles, gangways and floating docks at three locations within Nova Scotia. The first location, Baddeck Community Wharf at 2 Jones Street in Baddeck, NS, includes two types of floating docks, recreational and timber-framed, as well as gangways, landings and driven steel H-piles to attach docks to the existing wharf. The second location, Queen's Marque Wharves at 1715 Lower Water Street in Halifax, NS, includes recreational floating docks, gangways, landings and steel H-piles for attachment of docks to the existing wharf. The third location, Mahone Bay Civic Marina at 683 Main Street in Mahone Bay, NS, includes supply and delivery of two timber-framed floating docks. The work is scheduled to start in the Fall 2020 and be completed by end of March 2021. The Contractor(s) is to coordinate its laydown space and access to the existing wharf infrastructure with Develop Nova Scotia.
