The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work associated with Site Work preparing the Summer Street entrance to be the only patient / visitor entrance to the hospital, supporting the programs and traffic from the Robie Street entrance, as well as the new traffic from the Summer Street parkade. The renovation includes an expansion of the existing dropoff/ layby area, enhanced sidewalks, reassignment of parking, and a new designated ambulance entrance. All work shall be completed at the QEII Health Science Centre Halifax Infirmary (HI) located at 1799 Robie Street, Halifax, N.S.
