Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose of this RFQ is to identify additional qualified Professional Roofing firms interested in conducting quality roofing services for Sumter School District and to perform full service as described, but not limited to the scope of work outlined in this Request for Qualifications. Sumter School District now has an existing Roofing Program comprised of five (5) firms that began on May 1, 2018 and will end April 30, 2023. This RFQ is for the duration of the original contract with existing contractors remaining prequalified for the duration of the original contract. The District has various types of roofs that will need repair, replacement and maintenance during the remainder of the original five (5) year period. Each schools roof has various need levels of repair or replacement. Provide and maintain liability insurance at all times in an amount determined by the district and performance bonds when required by the district in amounts of 100% of the total project. For inspections - Furnish equipment, personnel, materials and all related components to provide a roof maintenance service to the specified buildings as outlined in the five year program. Work includes: 1. Roof Repairs 2. Roof Restoration 3. Roof Replacement
