This work involves the addition of a new activated carbon odor control system for the sludge processing building 1. Installation of one new activated carbon odor control system for the Sludge Processing Building; 2. Installation of one new activated carbon odor control system for the Sludge Holding Tanks (included as Bid Alternate A); 3. Construction of a new concrete pad for the odor control system adjacent to the Sludge Processing Building; 4. Construction of a new concrete pad for the odor control system adjacent to the Sludge Holding Tanks (included as Bid Alternate A); 5. Upgrade of the heating and ventilation system in the Sludge Garage; 6. Demolition of one gas fired unit heater in the Sludge Garage 7. Piping, site work, equipment systems, structures, instrumentation, control and electrical systems, as indicated on the Drawings. 8. Other appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. 9. Maintain plant flow and treatment processes as detailed in Part 3 of this section. 10. Remove and/or relocate equipment as indicated on the Drawings. 11. And all other work as shown on the Drawings and as Specified.1.
