Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond naming the Owner as obligee thereof, underwritten by a surety company, satisfactory to the Owner, in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid. The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder. ARCHITECT'S JOB NO. 6965.2 Bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid bond. The bid bond shall be executed on AIA A310. All bidders must be able to qualify for 100% labor and materials/payment and performance bonds. Project must achieve Substantial Completion no later than July 15, 2021, which is designated the Base Bid Contract Time.
