**As of November, 2020, the project will be completed within 150 days from the notice to proceed. Public Notice Sealed bids will be received by the Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees as provided in this notice for the Energy Conservation Lighting & Building Automation Project. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Bids shall be submitted electronically per the Instructions to Bidders, addressed to the Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees, ATTN, Sam Kraly, Chief Fiscal Officer, and plainly marked on the outside "WORTHINGTON LIBRARIES BOARD OF TRUSTEES ENERGY CONSERVATION LIGHTING & BUILDING AUTOMATION PROJECT BID."
