HVAC Improvement Projects. Bidders shall submit written questions to HEAPY Attn: Kurt Fansler at kwfansler@heapy.com by 12 Noon, January 10, 2025 Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Kurt Fansler, Heapy Engineering at kwfansler@heapy.com. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Worthington City School District Board of Education, ATTN Tim Gehring, 200 E. Wilson Bridge Road, Worthington, Ohio 43085, and plainly marked on the outside HVAC Improvement Projects Bid. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid is $815,000.
