The limits of construction are along Lakeview Avenue from Brijadan Lane to Route 1/301 (Boulevard) This project consists of roadway and pedestrian improvements including, but not limited; New/reconstructed travel lanes New storm water facilities New utilities - domestic water and sanitary sewer Traffic signals Street lighting ADA compliant sidewalk and curb ramps There will be a 12% DBE Goal for this project Any questions on this project, after the pre-bid conference, should be emailed to Larry Melvin, Purchasing Agent, melvinL@colonialheightsva.gov. by 5:00 PM Thursday Oct 21 2021.
