Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,010-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The purpose of the invitation for bid is to solicit pricing for replacement of the ballroom floor and for removal and replacement of the VCT flooring in the exercise room. Contractors shall note that there is a section for an alternative floor installation in the ballroom area. This alternative floor is a separate line item bid. Field verify boundaries and depth of the proposed project area. Wood floor approx. 6200SF - new floor to cover the entire existing ballroom area. VCT floor approx. 810SF - new floor and cove base for the exercise room. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Pensacola adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable accommodations for access to City services, programs and activities. Please call 850-435- 1835 for further information. Requests must be made at least five (5) calendar days before the event in order to allow the City time to provide the requested services. The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to award bids on a split-order basis by item number when applicable, to waive any bid informalities and to readvertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City of Pensacola.
