Renovation of a municipal facility in Maywood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of December 03, 2020, project has not been awarded. This project includes removal and replacement of 1 each 20 Ton condensing unit, 1 each 7.5 Ton RTU, 8 each RTU packaged gas/electric units, and installation of 9 each air purifier systems. All bidders must provide proof that they are qualified to perform the work, prior to bidding documents being issued. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Maywood for a period forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time of bid opening. The Contractor and Subcontractor shall comply with all regulations issued pursuant to Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130), and other applicable Federal Laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards. The successful bidder for the work will be required to furnish sufficient insurance to the Village of Maywood and the Engineer against all damage claims that might arise due to the negligence of the Contractor, and will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract. The Village of Maywood reserves the right in receiving these bids to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids.
