Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a replacement electrical room air conditioner including but not limited to submittals, record drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, training, protection of existing facilities, coordination with owner, remove and dispose of existing air conditioning system, patching area, furnish and install a replacement air conditioning system, including structural supports, piping, conduit, grouting penetrations and openings, ductwork, concrete pads, condensate dry well, startup and testing and balancing, and all other items required for a complete and functional air conditioning system. Questions concerning this request for price proposals/quotes shall be in writing. Questions received less than three (3) business days from the deadline for price proposals/quotes are not guaranteed to be answered. Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Request for Price Proposals in the subject heading of the email and be sent with a read receipt to confirm successful receipt by the Town. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Price Proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Proposer, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Price Proposals.
