Project Cancelled. Rehabilitation of the Town's automatic upstream level control gate on the Heights Canal. Work will require installation of a temporary sheet piling dam and weir upstream of the control structure, upstream and downstream turbidity barriers, dewatering of the construction areas; clean, repair, and coat all existing, permanent sheet pile wing walls exposed above grade upstream and downstream of the control structure; clean, repair, and coat the level control gate, steel support frame, and ballast, furnish and install new stop log channels and associated accessories, and site restoration. Bid Bond 5% Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Contact Amanda Barnes, Util. Asst. Dir. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 163.380, Fla. Stat., that the Town of Jupiter, Florida is soliciting sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.
