The Work to be performed is located in the Town of Jupiter, Village of Tequesta, Town of Juno Beach, Unincorporated Palm Beach County, and Unincorporated Martin County, and consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of new remote cellular telemetry panels as shown on the Contract Plans and Specifications and asspecified herein to include: ITB #22-007-00117 LIFT STATION REMOTE TELEMETRY PANELS Installation of 115 cellular remote telemetry unit (RTU) panels at 115 lift station project sites. Contractor will be responsible to configure all remote cellular radios to establish a cellular communication network between all lift station RTUs and the plant SCADA system and shall coordinate with the District's IT Manager/SCADA administrators to establish communications. The Contractor will also be responsible to coordinate with Verizon to issue to new SIM cards with private IP addresses specified by the District. These IP addresses will be private and secure. A new SIM card will need to be activated, provisioned, and installed for each new radio. Provide and install all electrical equipment, Uni-Strut and hardware as required onto existing equipment rack or provide new rack as required. Provide conduit control wires, grounding, RTU enclosure, wet well sensor raceway, and mounting hardware as required. This project will also include furnishing and installing wet well level sensors as shown on the drawings. The District reserves the right to determine material elements of the Bid and to award the Contract, if at all, to the lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible Bidder. The District further reserves the right to reject any and all Bids; to not proceed with the Project; and/or to waive any irregularities contained in a Bid. The Bid Documents are made available on the above terms solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and do not confer a license or grant for any other use. Character and amount of security to be furnished by each Bidder are stated in the Instruction to Bidders. The Bidder shall hold its Bid open for acceptance by the District for a period of not less than ninety (90) calendar days following the date of the Bid opening.
