As of October 2020, project is still in design phase. The owner has selected a construction manager. Project expected to begin construction early 2021. Robling Architecture Construction, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals to provide site adaptation for (3) modular classroom units at Jupiter Elementary School to address overcrowding. The modular classrooms will be relocated from South Tech Academy which is approximately 37 miles away. This project is time sensitive and critical to be completed as soon as possible. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, site preparation, excavation, grading, concrete footings, sidewalks, plumbing, drainage, electrical power, fire alarm, intercom, painting, roof repairs, gutters and landscaping. Participation by small business and minority firms is strongly encouraged. The established minimum M/WBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 9% for African-American owned firms certified by the School District. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
