The Work to be performed is located in Palm Beach County and Martin County, and consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the following. Provide licensed electrician services on an as needed basis for general repairs and maintenance to District wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure. Work may include but not be limited to permitting, troubleshooting, installation of conduit, cable, switches, receptacles, lighting, breakers, disconnects, meter cans, junction boxes and the like The District reserves the right to determine material elements of the Bid and to award the Contract, if at all, to the lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible Bidder. The District further reserves the right to reject any and all Bids; to not proceed with the Project; and/or to waive any irregularities contained in a Bid. Bid Documents will be available on January 3, 2022 after 8:00 a.m. local time. The Bid Documents are made available on the above terms solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and do not confer a license or grant for any other use. Character and amount of security to be furnished by each Bidder are stated in the Instruction to Bidders. The Bidder shall hold its Bid open for acceptance by the District for a period of not less than ninety (90) calendar days following the date of the Bid opening. Electronic responses are the only method allowed for Bidders to respond to this solicitation. Bids shall be submitted on or before the date and time specified.
