Demolition and site work for a residential development in Troy, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project involves the demolition and removal of the structure located at 296 Town Office Road, Town of Brunswick. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner per the scope of work and other terms and conditions of this solicitation. On September 19, 2019, Spectrum Environmental Associates, Inc. (Spectrum) conducted a survey for the presence of asbestos containing materials at the building located at 296 Town Office, Town of Brunswick. Mr. Bruce Campbell, Jr., (Asbestos Inspector #15-11979) conducted this inspection following procedures and guidelines commonly used and accepted by federal and state regulations. The objective of the survey was to identify the presence and approximate locations and quantities of suspect and/or confirmed asbestos containing materials. The scope of work shall include the complete demolition and removal of the structure located at 296 Town Office Road, Town of Brunswick, in strict conformance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and the specifications, terms and conditions of this solicitation.
