The Raymertown Fire District is seeking proposals for snowing plowing services for the 2023- 2024 Season. Sealed envelopes shall be clearly labeled with the bidder's name and shall be marked "Snow Plow Bid Enclosed".Plowing services shall be provided 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Plowing shall be performed after every three inches of accumulated snow fall, and all accumulating sleet/slush must be cleared prior to freezing. Proposal shall include both of the following locations: 1. The Raymertown Fire House located at 43 Mason Lane, Troy (Raymertown) NY 12180: Plowing of the asphalt surface in its entirety. All apparatus bay doors and building entrances must be clear of snow. 2. Dry Hydrant located at the Tomhannock Reservoir (south side of Route 7 on the east side of the Reservoir): Plowing of the parking area as required to maintain accessibility to the dry hydrant. A certificate of insurance naming the Raymertown Fire District as additional insured will be required. Bidders shall submit their proposal to include all services as outlined herein based an hourly rate.
