**As of January 07, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** The Work includes provision of two new uninterruptable power supply (UPS) units at the Wolcott Water Treatment Plant and modifications to three existing areas at the Hansen Water Treatment Plant. The areas are located within the Operations & Maintenance Building, the Facility 1 Operations Building and the Facility 2 Operations Building. The Work includes demolition of existing walls; construction of new gypsum and metal stud walls; installation of new doors and replacement of existing door hardware; modifications to existing heating and ventilating systems and installation of new equipment; modifications to the existing lighting systems; improvements to the power distribution; modifications to the UPS system; modifications to the instrumentation systems; security system enhancements; and all other work as indicated on the drawings and as specified.
