Renovation of a municipal facility in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 10, 2021 the project was awarded to Enerfab Power & Industrial Inc for $1,654,290.00. Work is anticipated to start 6/30/21. Traveling Screens 1-4 at the Missouri River Intake Facility, 4340 N. 60th Street, in Kansas City, Kansas will be replaced and Traveling Screens 5-6 will be re-built onsite. The Contractor shall purchase and install four (4) new traveling screens and the replacement parts for two (2) screens as detailed in the Specification. The rebuild of the traveling water screens shall be conducted, and parts supplied, so that the original design attributes are maintained. All replacement parts must be fabricated by the original equipment manufacturer. All labor for the installation and re-build of the traveling screens as well as all electrical and plumbing modifications necessary for the operation of these units will be part of the Work. The disposal of the old units and parts will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Completion Date: 05/16/2022
