The Work consists of HVAC Replacement, including; miscellaneous HVAC Components, HVAC Controls, Chiller, Boiler, Cooling Tower, and Replacement of existing Built-Up Roof with PVC Membrane. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B, and B2. The A/E representative is: Cuningham Group Architecture, Inc./ Jacob Lush, and may be reached at 702.946.5390. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
