The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled, "Code Enforcement Administration & Animal Control Dispatch Relocation Sunset Park to Russell Campus" and is located at 4701 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, Nevada (APN 162-31-101-004). The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 26 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction and renovation of approximately 5,400 square feet of interior office space within a single-story government building housing the Clark County Building & Fire Prevention Code Enforcement & Animal Control. Construction includes all administrative work as required by division one general requirements; selective interior demolition as required and specified; installation of cold-formed metal in-wall support; installation of specified gypsum board on existing interior walls with specified interior painting; installation of new acoustical ceiling tiles as required and specified; installation of acoustical wall panels as required and specified; installation of window treatments and rolling chair mats; installation of new antennae, support, and cabling at roof; installation of new HVAC piping, equipment, ducts, air terminals and diffusers as required and specified; installation of new low voltage electrical power conductors and cables as specified; installation of hangers and supports for electrical systems as specified; installation of raceway, boxes and wiring devices for electrical systems as specified; installation of interior lighting and lighting controls as required and specified.
