Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Site of the work is located in NDOT right-of-way along Las Vegas Boulevard starting approximately 2,110 feet southwest of Speedway Boulevard and ending approximately 450 feet south of the Union Pacific Railroad crossing at Las Vegas Boulevard. The entire alignment is approximately 24,650 linear feet. The Work consists of installation of approximately 24,650 linear feet of 36-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer using open-cut and trenchless methods and fifty-nine new 72-inch diameter manholes. Construction also includes access shaft construction, pipe casings, pavement restoration, signage, striping, traffic control, maintenance paths, final soil stabilization, and all other appurtenant work required to construct the specific facilities.
